Leadership Development offered by Telos is matched to your interest and requirements. This year Telos is working with staff from 7 local authorities in London as well as with Kent County Council and Cumbria County Council.

We have experience in delivering action learning sets or 'one off' learning events for Senior Practitioners and Approved Mental Health Professionals with a particular focus on developing leadership skills based on Goleman's Emotional Intelligence framework and developing 'win-win' solutions to complex problems in everyday work. In a safe and constructive environment, the action learning sets provide an opportunity to develop and implement a change and improvement project which is of added value to the agency concerned. Telos is extending its leadership development programme to working with Councillors in the public sector. Using his recent experience as Mayor of Deal, the workshops facilitated by Ben will provide a unique blend of leadership theory and practice and experience on the ground !
